Dr. med. Yannick Fringeli

Originaire du canton du Jura, où il a grandi, et actuellement installé à Berne, le Dr Fringeli a étudié au Lycée Cantonal de Porrentruy, où il a obtenu une maturité scientifique. Passionné par les sciences et la médecine, il effectue ensuite ses études de médecine à Lausanne avant de se spécialiser en chirurgie.

Il accomplit sa formation dans plusieurs hôpitaux de Suisse romande et alémanique et obtient en 2014 le titre de spécialiste FMH en chirurgie.

Afin d’approfondir ses connaissances en chirurgie viscérale, il effectue en 2018 un séjour à la prestigieuse Cleveland Clinic aux États-Unis et débute en 2019 un fellowship de trois ans à la Clinique Hirslanden Beau-Site à Berne, dans le domaine de la chirurgie mini-invasive englobant la chirurgie bariatrique, la chirurgie du reflux gastro-œsophagien et la chirurgie oncologique. À l’issue de ce fellowship, il obtient en 2022 le titre de formation approfondie en chirurgie viscérale.

Le Dr Fringeli poursuit ensuite son parcours pendant deux ans au sein du Service de Chirurgie du Bürgerspital à Soleure, avant d’ouvrir son propre cabinet à Bienne en 2025.

Parallèlement à son activité clinique, le Dr Fringeli mène des travaux de recherche dans les domaines de la chirurgie bariatrique et du reflux gastro-œsophagien. Ses travaux ont fait l’objet de plusieurs publications scientifiques et de présentations lors de congrès nationaux et internationaux.
